• Monday–Thursday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) — no evenings or weekends

• Starting wage $25/hr, all candidates are hired at Ophthalmology Level 1 with structured opportunities for pay increases as you progress through levels (5 levels total)

Key Responsibilities:
• Patient history taking and performing preliminary tests (intraocular pressures, Schirmer tear test, fluorescein dye test)
• Client education and communication
• Anesthesia monitoring and support
• Potential to independently develop anesthesia protocols tailored to each patient
• Sedation and assistance with minor procedures
• Maintain medical records and manage patient files
