We are a family owned and operated Small Animal Veterinary clinic located in the growing Seasons of Tuxedo neighbourhood of Winnipeg, MB, adjacent to the Outlet Mall, and opposite Ikea. Since opening in 2019, we have grown to develop a lovely and loyal clientele base. We are seeking an additional Full Time, or Part time RVT to help deliver high quality medical services to our clients and their pets: working as a team with our clients towards the common goal of the longest and healthiest life for each pet we see.
Our team can count on a workplace that provides stability, support and predictability: Of shifts, hours, breaks and expectations. It is uncommon to work overtime, due to the care taken to ensure appointments are booked carefully, and cases managed in a way that facilitates a predictable end-time for each shift, allowing a healthy and consistent work-life balance. To achieve this, staff work diligently and consistently to a high standard of excellence, professionalism and personal accountability.
With our goal of top-quality medicine, and excellent patient outcomes, we readily embrace new developments, techniques and technologies as they develop across the veterinary profession. To this end, our RVTs are supported, encouraged and expected to operate to their full professional potential, working collaboratively with excellent Veterinary Assistants. To allow for teamwork, clarity and an efficient, effective flow of cases and tasks in the workplace, we utilize a real-time Cloud Based software, allowing the entire team – from reception to medicine – to work collaboratively on every case without chaos or confusion.
We have low staff turnover, providing a stable, positive foundation to join. With the tight-knit, and supportive team that we have at Seasons Veterinary Clinic, experience is not a requirement. We value and require a desire to strive towards excellence, and a work ethic to achieve this. The entire team loves to mentor and coach new members, and the owners are keen to have the right person join: someone who also thrives on providing thoughtful, gentle, excellent care to the patients we care for, and the clients we work with.

o MVTA wage report is used as a guide, and all our positions across the team are paid at or ahead of this wage report.
Paid annual leave:
o Dependent on overall years of service as an RVT, again with the MVTA wage report as a guide
o Annual leave increases after ~two years of tenure at Seasons
5 paid sick days per calendar year
o Full time staff only
