• (1) TD BANK MERCHANT SAVINGS The relationship WDDC has with TD Merchant solutions is intended to bring our members substantial savings for clinic merchant hand held transactions. Clinics looking for updated terminals or on-site evaluations are welcome.
• (2)8:30 AM – 11:30 AM HUMAN RESOURCE Topic: Generations in Force Defining the generations / Reviewing common attributes for each generation / Aging workforce implications / Understanding and managing the generational differences in the workplace, including tools to help with communication, motivation, and developing/maintaining a multi-generation team environment.
• (3)8:30 AM – 11:30 AM Veterinary Practice & Social Media How to write effective posts, dealing with negativity on social media, control settings, analytics, bylaws, tips, etc. Educating Clients on changes to PDL & Antimicrobials (resources, VCPR/regulations, keeping the whole team speaking the same message, tips on educating clients in person and on social media.) Marijuana legalization (same general topics as above.) Open for questions and answers.
