We are expanding and looking for a full time Registered RVT to join our team of 6 veterinarians/3.5 RVT/2VTA. We are an equine veterinary practice serving Winnipeg area and greater Manitoba. Our practice is located just west of Winnipeg in the RM of Cartier. The practice is the only surgical and referral equine practice in Manitoba. Equine experience as an RVT is a preference but not required. Position will involve working in all aspect of equine practice with a focus on advanced medical imaging (Xray/US/CT/MRI) but also ambulatory practice, internal medicine, equine surgery, anesthesia and equine reproductive and fertility health practice – yes that will likely involve foals!!
Horse handling skills and comfort working intensively with horses is a requirement. Lifting equipment is required. On call split evenly between RVT’s. If you are a team player, motivated and looking for a fast paced, high quality opportunity – apply with us!
