Attendee Details for 2024 MVTA Advanced Training

Thank you for registering for our Advance Training Conference that is taking place this weekend. We are excited to be able to offer our members this valuable training and look forward for this to continue to become an annual event.

Here's a breakdown of the events this weekend:

  • Location and Registration: Our registration desk is located at Building A (East Entrance) at 2055 Notre Dame Ave, right as you walk in the building doors. All attendees must register at our desk prior to attending the workshop.
  • Arrival Times: Please arrive no sooner than 30 minutes before your workshop starts.
  • Parking: There is no charge for parking on the weekends.
  • Attendee Bag: All attendees will receive a generous attendee bag, filled with fantastic items from our exceptional sponsors.
  • Wi-Fi Registration: RRC Guest Wi-Fi is now self-service. When connecting to RRCGuest, please register with your Canadian phone number to receive your username and password. 
  • What to Bring:
    • Comfortable clothing and shoes.  
    • Notepad and pen for taking notes
    • Water bottle
    • Dental Radiograph Attendees - Personal Dosimeter
    • Dental Tool Sharpening Attendees - Dental Instruments for Sharpening
  • Workshop Schedule: Below is a list of all the workshops that are taking place this weekend.  Please be sure to know which date and workshops you are attending.
  • Certificates: Certificates of attendance will be provided at the end of the event. Make sure to collect your certificate before leaving the venue.
  • Pet Parent Volunteers: Please be sure to have your pet(s) arrive between 7:30-8:30 am or 12:00-12:45 pm at Building A (east entrance) to ensure we have you sign your waivers and get your pet(s) comfortably secured in the kennel area as they will be getting scanned after 1:00 pm.  If you are also attending the training, your pet(s) will be in the kennel area in Room AB-70.
